Applied linter suggestions for Compiler and REPL

Just auto applied the suggestions given by VSCode. Two Functions where changed drastically. getGlobalmaxfuncnamelength and getGlobalmaxheapaddrlength. I had to put the old code as a comment next to it, so I could still understand it ^^' .
